You start with a complete consult with a licensed professional to fully understand the treatments, process and formulate realistic expectations for yourself. It is a perfect compliment to any healthy lifestyle. During the treatments, which are approx. 35min per cycle, you have your own comfortable room where you can read, listen to music, catch up on emails, etc...
